About Founder Optical

A group of young professionals established Founder Optical Company in 1987 as a business in the wholesales, process, and distribution of ophthalmic lens.  Our philosophy and mission is to provide you with reliable product and service solutions to help you CLEARLY SEE the world once again.  In order to achieve this mission, our Management is committed to providing quick turnaround time to both our local and international customers.  Our business summarized as the following:

• Distribution of our OEM lens named as Wider, made by the same manufacturer as the world’s most leading brands so that qualities are rest assured
• Distribution of leading branded lens
• Distribution of the most popular contact lenses
• Servicing of Eyewear Products from beginning to end

Besides a wide and comprehensive range of optical products, our inventory is always maintained at a competitive level to ensure a steady supply to our customers.  We will continue to improve and diversify into new business areas through our position of further investment in the supply chain.

In the past 20 years, Founder Optical has grown steadily in its home base in Hong Kong.  During this period, we have also extended our business worldwide including South East Asia, Australia, North America and Eastern Europe.  To further expand our services in the global optical lens distribution market, we will continue to reinforce and increase our efforts in the coming year.  Our company name was changed to Founder Optical Company Limited in 2005 as further enhancement of our business.
